Job Description:
Telecom Administrator with 6+ years experience working with Cisco Unified Communications applications including Call Manager, Unity Connection, Jabber, WebEx.
e are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom Administrator proficient in managing Cisco Unified Communications applications, including Call Manager, Unity Connection, Jabber, and WebEx. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our telecommunications infrastructure to ensure seamless communication within our organization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
· Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent experience.
· Proven experience administering Cisco Unified Communications applications, particularly Call Manager, Unity Connection, Jabber, and WebEx.
· Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP, H.323, and telephony concepts.
· Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with other collaboration tools and platforms.
· Knowledge of cloud-based communication solutions.
· Experience with scripting and automation for system management tasks.

Pay: $24.21 - $40.00 per hour
