The customer service associate plays a significant role in the store's day-to-day activities by participating in different activities and becomes an instrumental part of our service culture.
Customer Service & Cashier
a. Welcomes our customers, answer their questions, help them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations about our products and services.
b. Scales, and cash registers.
c. Follow all store procedures regarding the purchase of specific items, such as alcohol or cigarettes.
d. Maintaining a clean workspace.
e. Understands all tobacco products.
f. Knows how to properly sell lotto/scratch off and be able to validate them.
g. Understand how to properly use the service of Sin Pin, Boss Revolution (National &International top-ups) and be able to register them properly in register.
h. Answer the phone using the correct answering phrase, taking orders, resolving and customer questions, and delegating call to designated person if not sure of how to answer.
i. Cashing of payroll checks and money transfers.
2. Food Service
a. Be able to recognize and/ or serve the correct portions of food.
b. Be able to work scale
c. Make sure all our food leaves store presentable, with cutlery & napkins
d. Be able to recognize the major ingredients in prepared meals.
e. Make quality Café Con leche and all Cuban coffee products.
3. Merchandising
a. Able to rotate bread from bakery
b. Able to rotate and organize all merchandise in store.
c. Be able recognize items that are out of date and notify manager, to receive credit for merchandise.
d. Be able to receive merchandise from vendor correctly, by comparing it to orders forms made by manager.
4. Housekeeping
a. Clean & sanitize all large equipment
b. Sweep and mop store.
c. Dust and maintain all aisle and merchandise and store looking clean.
d. Clean maintain bathrooms
e. Clean store front, back area.
f. Refill bags, cutlery and any type of material that is low.
5. Ownership
a. Take the initiative within the store, presentation and with the customer service.

1. Servicio al cliente y cajero
a. Da la bienvenida a nuestros clientes, responder a sus preguntas, ayudarles a localizar artículos, y proporcionar consejos o recomendaciones sobre nuestros productos y servicios.
b. básculas y cajas registradoras.

h. Contesta el teléfono usando la frase correcta, tomando órdenes, resolviendo y las preguntas del cliente, y delegando la llamada a la persona designada si no está segurode cómo contestar.
i. Cobro de cheques de nómina y transferencias de dinero.
2. Servicio de Comida
a. Ser capaz de reconocer y/o servir las porciones correctas de alimentos.
b. Ser capaz de trabajar a escala
c. Asegúrese de que todas nuestras hojas de comida se almacenan presentable, con cubiertos y servilletas
d. Ser capaz de reconocer los principales ingredientes en las comidas preparadas.
e. Hacer café con leche de calidad y todos los productos de café cubano.
3. Mercancía
a. Capaz de rotar el pan de la panadería
b. Capaz de rotar y organizar toda la mercancía en la tienda.
c. Ser capaz de reconocer los artículos que están desactualizados y notificar al gerente,para recibir crédito por mercancía.
d. Ser capaz de recibir la mercancía del proveedor correctamente, comparándola con losformularios de pedidos realizados por el gerente.
4. Mantenimiento general
a. Limpiar y desinfectar todo el equipo grande
b. Barrer y fregar la tienda.
c. Desempolvar y mantener todo el pasillo y la mercancía y la tienda que se ve limpio.
d. Limpiar mantener los baños
e. Limpie el frente de la tienda, el área trasera.
f. Bolsas de recarga, cubiertos y cualquier tipo de material que sea bajo.
5. Propiedad
a. Toma la iniciativa dentro de la tienda, presentación y con el servicio al cliente.
