This position supervises interns as needed.
Responsibilities may include:

Assist with the planning, scheduling, directing and monitoring intern work.

Assist with training interns.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers and filing cabinets.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible daily hours may be available year-round. Daily work schedule and any flextime hours must be approved by the department head.
No travel is expected for this position except for occasional training opportunities.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Two years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping with at least two years of experience in payroll required.

Associate degree in accounting or business-related field is preferred.
