Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and support tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
Duties:
- It is understood that this position requires a great deal of judgment and strong inter-personal and diplomatic skills regarding information provided to external callers, visitors, and employees.
- The incumbent must be able to exercise discretion and excellent judgment that reflects favorably on Promise’s image and relations with employees, visitors, callers, and the clients among other visitors.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Should have strong initiative, be proactive and be able to work independently to achieve front-off actions in a wide variety of administrative areas and have a positive, constructive, helpful approach in dealing with staff, clients, visitors, etc.
- Customer service orientation essential - ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external clients
- Able to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accurate in performing tasks
- Able to set priorities and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Desire to work efficiently
- Acceptable background check
- Must always maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:

Pay Range:
- Hourly: $20.00 to $23.00
- Salary: $40K to $45K
- These rates are flexible and may vary based on the candidate's experience.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday
08:00AM to 05:00PM including 1 hour lunch time
Work Location: Dallas TX 75229 (No Remote)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
