Responsible for being on time in proper uniform, being friendly and hospitable with all guests, managing the wait, seating guests, answering phone, taking to go orders, responsible for full menu knowledge, explaining reservation policy and taking reservations, working the seating chart during a wait, some table bussing and table clearing, teamwork, opening, closing and side duties, and adhering to all employee handbook rules and policies.
