Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Fast Food Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fast-food establishment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality food preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fast-food management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and kitchen management
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in catering or food service management is advantageous
