We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative for Capital Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments with homeowners for our Energy Consultants. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers via door-to-door canvassing, setting appointments for further engagement and sales opportunities
- Use our CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer appointments
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to continually enhance your sales competencies and industry understanding
Qualifications:
- No previous sales experience required!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using software applications such as Salesforce
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
