Position: Associate Engineering Consultant 1
Description:
- Utilize Cimetrics’ Analytika web-based platform and tools to perform comprehensive analytics of building data (HVAC and control system data) to identify high-value findings
- Identify high-value and time-sensitive Analytika findings using our well-established, engaging and consultative approach
- Identify mechanical faults, carbon reduction opportunities, optimization opportunities, energy saving opportunities, and many other high-value results
- Perform in-depth, root-cause analysis
- Perform energy savings calculations
- Support multiple commercial and institutional accounts
- Support Associate Engineering Consultant Level II and III Engineers and grow into those roles
- Support Account Managers to grow business within existing client base
Firm Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years direct client contact consulting experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with HVAC and/or controls systems
- Bachelor’s degree in physical science or engineering, or equivalent
Pluses:
- Energy engineering experience
- Building controls industry experience
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment operation and sequences of operation
- HVAC commissioning experience
- Commissioning experience
- HVAC design experience
- PE registration or CEM certification
