The responsibility of the AVP, Project Management is to oversee the project management and related operational functions of a key account or groups of accounts, as well as playing the day to day project management role on key projects within their group. This role is required to drive the operational and project management best practices while serving their client, their cross-discipline teams and the agency to align with the vision of the company.

Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
In absence of a VP, Project Management, acts as the Principal PM on at least one anchor account or multiple core pieces of businesses.
Manages the Project Managers on the accounts you own and across the PM department as assigned.
Supports BPD Operations.
Supports in implementing, maintaining and training the Project Management processes and standards.
Fulfills all Project Management Responsibilities.
Prepares Project Management and Resourcing Reporting for owned accounts.
Embodies the BPDerrr Basics.
Works both remotely, at the office or on location as needed.
Travels as required.
