We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in the home. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and contribute to their overall well-being.
```Responsibilities```
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach and reinforce positive behaviors
- Collect data on client progress and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Monitor and document client responses to interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Active and valid RBT credentials and previous experience working with children.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and techniques
