- Supervise administrative staff in clerical tasks and office management duties.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure financial records are accurately maintained.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks to support the team effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in schedule management and multitasking.
- Excellent budgeting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
