Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks as assigned by General Manager to determine project scope and objectives.
- Use Excel to help prepare accurate cost estimates for remodeling projects.
- Assist with project schedules to ensure timely completion of remodeling projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and services.
- Conduct site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions, report to GM promptly.
- Other administrative or field work as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction remodeling principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Use of personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
