Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in office software and phone systems.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer support or as a personal assistant.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
