Qualifications or Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or their Google Workspace equivalents (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English, including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks or other computer-aided design software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of process control and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Associate Degree or higher in Engineering Science or related field preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Job Duties:
- Lead the direction of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement projects in all areas.
- Own and maintain process change documentation.
- Act as a liaison between PTI and its customers for PPAP, APQP, and engineering changes.
- Own and maintain the relationship between PTI and its applicable environmental regulatory agencies.
- Support the quality management system by maintaining and/or participating in internal and/or external audit programs.
- Actively participate as a member of the PTI Safety Team.
- Follow all 5S and safety rules.
- Follow all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
- Perform all other assigned duties.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
