Hogg Therapy Pediatrics is seeking an upbeat, fast-paced, problem-solving Patient Access Scheduler to join our family! Hogg Therapy is a family and therapist owned practice that is passionate about what we do both in the clinic and in the community. We currently have three clinics located in Richmond, Berea, and Lexington that serve Central Kentucky. We offer:
- A full-time schedule (M-F, 9am-5:30pm; at Berea Clinic Monday - Thursday, and Richmond Clinic on Fridays)

Expected Tasks:
- Reschedule cancellations at time of call
- Schedule new patient after evaluation prior to them leaving the clinic
- Schedule flex clients
- Communicate with therapists concerning scheduling
- Call clients on cancel/no show log to reschedule
- Patient check-in/check-out
- Co-pay collection
- Transfer calls according to accountability chart
- Alert therapists of schedule changes
- Communicate with families regarding scheduling changes
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in client files
- Read all Hogg Therapy emails and newsletter for understanding
- Communication with caregivers through in-person, phone and/or email
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Address issues: spills, mud, repairs, etc. or relay maintenance issues to HR
- Clean glass (windows/doors)
- Water outside plants
- Bathroom Spot checks at least 2 times per day
- Take out trash as needed
- Stock toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.
- Meets daily and weekly metrics as set by leadership
- Active with Hogg Therapy social media
- Positive outlook and create an uplifting culture
