Job Description
Develop standardized QMS procedures and processes to be implemented across GMS projects. The ProjecLead, QMS Development & Compliance will be responsible for the professional implementation and management of a comprehensive health and safety, performance improvement, and quality management system. They will ensure a proactive approach across projects with consistent application of directives and implementation of policies and guidance. They will champion process-improvement initiatives and assist to develop measurement systems to determine organizational improvement. The QMS Project Lead has the responsibility for developing the overall CQMP and guiding each Project on their specific inputs.
Qualifications

Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years in relatable work experience required.
Key Responsibilities

Create and manage a comprehensive quality management program.

Standardize L3 & L4 level Procedures and Forms across GMS project sites that align GMS Corporate standards.

Maintain a GMS tracking system for incidents and trending.

Ensure project compliance with reporting requirements.
-
Establish processes for compliance, privileging, and PI reporting.
-
Coordinate privileging process and ConnecTeam development.
-
Monitor FPPE/OPPE process and Clinical Quality & Forms Committees.
-
Align project documentation with GMS standards and contractual obligations.
-
Develop incident management policies and guidelines.
-
Support project governance structure development.
-
Ensure timely reporting to GMS and NAM.

Conduct audits and QMS audits as needed.

Contribute to GMS QMS.

Employ knowledge management tools to resolve challenges.

Analyze and evaluate the quality system adherence.

Implement organizational PI changes based on data analyses.

Prepare PI reports demonstrating multi-service collaboration.

Ensure dynamic organizational PI based on opportunities.

Collaborate to integrate quality functions.

Identify PI opportunities and recommend solutions.

Assist in facility issue resolution and follow-up activities.

Align project document control and EMR with obligations.

Provide guidance on document control processes
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Unrestricted Registered Nurse license

AHA Basic Life Support

Minimum of five years clinical experience

Minimum of three years of supervisory experience

Must be flexible with work hours and able to work overtime when necessary.

Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work under pressure with a positive projection.

Strong attention to detail, strong planning, and organizational skills.

Must demonstrate a high degree of leadership, motivation, self-direction, and initiative to achieve goals of the mission; self-motivated, able to work independently, efficiently and stay organized.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with stakeholders with excellent interpersonal skills.

Must be able to read, write, speak English to communicate on an effective basis.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.

US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.

US DoD CNACI clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

Must be able to relocate wherever needed.

A valid US passport is required and must be in your possession prior to relocating.

Compensation | Min: $105,000 Max: $110,000
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
