Job Title: Industry Outreach Coordinator
Location: Remote (Canada-based)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary: As an Industry Outreach Coordinator, your primary role will be to establish and enhance relationships with Canadian businesses across key sectors such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Retail, Agriculture, and Construction. You will lead eEorts to engage these businesses, guiding them from initial cold calls through to securing retainer agreements for our immigration services. This role requires a strategic, driven individual who excels in communication and has a proven track record in sales and business relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various methods including market research and networking to identify potential business contacts within the targeted sectors.
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential businesses through cold calls, clearly communicating the benefits and value of our services.
- Business Engagement: Engage in detailed consultations with businesses to discuss their workforce needs and how our services can meet those needs.
- Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments with key decision-makers to advance the discussion and closure of deals.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our services, followed by negotiations to close retainer agreements.
- Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses from initial contact through to the signing of the retainer agreement, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collect feedback from interactions and engagements, using this information to refine strategies and improve service oEerings. Report regularly on activity and progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development, recruitment or sales role, preferably within the industries of focus.
- Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, business acquisition, and deal closing.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a goal driven environment.

Pay: $20.45 - $24.62 per hour
