DevCo US Construction is hiring for two Full-Time Pre-Construction Project Managers for a new construction project in Bellevue, WA. This role will work directly with the Development team in formalizing design processes, managing communication, attending OAC meetings, working with vendors, architects, and engineers. This will include ensuring that all standards are met while meeting cost effective Affordable multi-family construction methods.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate and monitor the planning, design, and construction or renovation projects using fundamental project management Best Practices.

Work with project team to develop and maintain project scope, schedule and budget using computer applications and approved process.

Review each assigned projects and develop Request for Proposals through completed contract documents for each project.

Support the Development Manager by assisting with property condition assessments, interviewing and hiring of professional services for each assigned project.

Support and manage allocated project funds for each assigned project. Maintain good stewardship of these funds.

Support assigned Development Manager for any new construction and renovation needs.

Document and report status of scope, schedule and budget changes throughout construction using established software (Smartsheet).

Develop and maintain a list of qualified Architects, Engineers and Construction Contractors

Travel to DevCo Preservation project sites and perform on-site inspections and project related meetings as needed.

Complete assigned tasks by deadlines and communicate any obstacles with your supervisor in advance.
Experience
-
4-year degree in a construction related field or commensurate field experience.

5-7 years work experience in construction project management with proven ability to use multiple types of software to efficiently manage projects.

1-5 years work experience in multi-family construction industry recommended.

Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.

Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.

Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
