(U//FOUO) The Transactions by Others (TBO) Division (B216) is seeking a highly-motivated, customer-focused, energetic High School Work Study (HSWS) graduate. The TBO Division is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate reconciliation and recording of transactions performed by other Government Agencies on behalf of the National Security Agency (NSA).
(U) The selected HSWS graduate would be responsible for duties such as:
' (U) Researching supporting documentation;
' (U) TBO transaction posting/processing;
' (U) Filing electronic documents;
' (U) Running purchase order detail reports;
' (U) Obtaining invoices from vendors.
(U//FOUO) Process acquisition, financial and budgetary transactions by preparing pre-award execution activities, manage and administer contracts, compute entitlements (e.g. pay, travel and contractor invoices), prepare vouchers to authorize payments, post certified execution documents, prepare reports, execute current year funds, move funds between cost centers, and complete actions in FACTS.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
(U) B216 operates under the Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) 5. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday. Current number of hours is 20 per week.
