The Mission of Limitless ABA is to improve the lives of children and their families affected by autism spectrum disorder and other Developmental Disabilities through providing high quality, evidenced-based ABA services. Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, or a bachelor's degree
- An active and certified RBT via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (Training is provided by Limitless ABA if not currently certified)
- Complete 40-hour training program (conducted by the BACB certificant) based on the current RBT Task List
- Pass the RBT Competency Assessment administered by a BACB certificant
- Maintain yearly recertification
- Active CPR/First Aid Certification Required
- Comfortable working with children between the ages of 2-10
Responsibilities
- Implements day to day programming as applicable to each child’s treatment plan
- Manage challenging behaviors that occur through the implementations of Behavior Intervention Plans and consult with our BCBAs
- Receives supervision and direction under the guidance of a BCBA
- Collects data on a tablet that is assigned to you by Limitless ABA
- Writes and keep up to date on daily session notes
- Assists in the preparation of programming materials as needed
- Communicates with assigned BCBA as appropriate regarding clinical observations, child-specific concerns and programming needs as appropriate
- Ensures a clean, safe, attractive and functional learning environment
- Attends training and meetings as required by Limitless ABA
- Maintains proficient understanding and working knowledge of ABA
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Ability to actively bend, twist, lift, crawl and actively engage in physical play with young children with or without assistance
- Willingness to be active and fun with all children we encounter
