THE JOB
The Contract Sales Recruiter will handle full cycle recruitment for Outside Sales Representatives (Business Development Officers). The increased demand sales reps is part of our “Power the Core” internal strategic growth plan. These roles will all be within the NAR region which consists of US, Canada and Mexico.
Responsibilities include:
· Consistently managing a very high volume of applicants and job openings at one time; specifically outside sales representatives.
· Handles all initial reach outs, conducts phone screens, presents candidates directly to Management, schedules internal meetings, conducts post-interview follow up calls with candidates; handles process from start to finish supporting both the candidate and Manager until a decision is made.
· Sources candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
· Sends weekly and biweekly updates and reporting to sales management.
· Posting jobs, following up on interested applicants, works with HR Team on onboarding and internal communications.
· Handles negotiations if necessary, creates offer letters. Closes the loop on full recruitment process.
· Tracks recruitment KPI’s, like time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
· Consistently researching new recruiting trends, analyzing the market and finding new creative ways to identify top talent to bring to the organization.
THE CANDIDATE
- 2 or 4 year Degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years of internal recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience working in a very fast paced, high demand environment.
- Insurance or Trade Credit experience a major plus!
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Paycom or ADP experience a plus.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
