Job Summary
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with strong organizational skills to keep projects moving and on schedule.
The key functions of this position:
- Support corporate estimating, project management and accounting efforts.
- Communicate regularly with clients, sub-contractors, management, and staff, handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain management calendars, schedule meetings and conferences
- Working knowledge of construction a must
These qualities will help:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to Successfully Multi-task in fast paced office
- Openness to change, flexibility and adaptability
- A proven track record in meeting deadlines and working collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office 2010, Timberline, and Project Management Software a plus
