Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment with room for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the customer IT system including network, servers, PCs and applications;
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots IT related problems;
- Responding to client requests and requirements in a timely manner;
- Help with IT infrastructure deployment, installation, configuration of PCs, network, servers, systems, and applications;
- Help with Supply management, procurement, and logistics;
- Set-up, control and maintain the office security systems, room air conditioning, computer room environmental monitoring;
- Update ticketing system and knowledge base;
- Report to the leader as the demand;
- Assist in ad hoc assigned projects.
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS
- Familiarity with Active Directory, TCP/IP
- Experience with customer service and help desk support
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.54 - $50.00 per hour
