Position Summary
About the Role
As a member of the operations team, the Sales Engineer will be the technical specialist who owns the tactical engagement of ATTOM’s Data clients through product recommendations, data utilization, and supporting the customer through sales processes. This role is responsible for designing and clearly articulating a solution that fully realizes the client’s requirements and vision.
What you will do
- Responsible for driving opportunities for ATTOM Data’s product portfolio by supporting the sales and account team in designing, positioning, and providing technology and client specific solutions
- Leads discovery to understand and document the client technical and business requirements necessary for the development of an ATTOM Data’s proposed solution
- Responsible for creating confidence in ATTOM Data’s functionality and technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle
- Provides technical support in sales presentations, customer meetings, trade shows, and other forums
- Articulates ATTOM Data’s value proposition relative to competitors
- Develop the technical solution to include quoting and internal approvals as necessary
- Provide technical, design, presentation, and implementation support for new services and upgrades
- Develop strong relationships with clients, engineering and product teams as a trusted advisor facilitating solution improvements
- Conduct deep dive technical training of ATTOM Data products and solutions for internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Product team, data technology, and other teams
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years’ Experience in a data analyst, sales, customer support or related role
- Working experience real estate public records required
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is expected. Excellent communication skills are a necessity.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
- Experience with SQL preferred
