Our company is seeking a detail-oriented individual for an Accounts Receivable Intern role. As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance while contributing to real projects that impact our company's growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Digitize existing credit applications and credit files.
- Review and analyze credit applications.
- Run DNB reports.
- Complete credit references.
- Successfully file payment history.
- Contact customer via phone or e-mail.
- Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor with ad hoc items, special projects, credit line reviews.
- All other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
- Assist tax department in obtaining sales tax certificates.
- Potential research in customer portals.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program with a focus on Accounting or Finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule Opportunity:
- Can be full time or part time depending on the new hire’s needs. Monday – Friday, dayshift hours.
Pay: $18 per hour
