Opportunities in Home Care
The RN provides skilled professional nursing care to the patient/family/caregiver as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulation as established by the State Board of Registered Nursing, the patient, and the policies of Harbor Hospice.
Qualifications:
A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current state of Michigan Registered Nurse License
Certification in hospice and palliative care preferred.
Possesses and maintains a current CPR certification.
Maintains a valid Michigan driver’s license and has access to a reliable, licensed and insured vehicle for use on the job, vehicle must be insured in accordance with the State of Michigan

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
