Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the sign industry, although candidates with strong project management backgrounds in related fields will also be considered. As a Project Manager at Ad Light Group, you will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality.
Essential Duties:
- Manage multiple sign projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Eventually manage between $2M to $2.5M at any given time
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and surveys as necessary to gather project requirements
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and mitigate risks
- Communicate project progress and updates effectively to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform project closeout activities, including final inspections and client handoff
- Pull sign permits when necessary
- Attend meetings with sales executives on a weekly basis to provide updates on project progress, as well as concerns and lead times
- Attend production and installation meetings on a weekly basis to keep communication lines open and ensure that deadlines are being met
- Act as a liaison between the client, sales executive, internal operations, and other subcontractors – by phone, email or in person
- Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and all subcontractors
What we are looking for in a new TEAM member:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the sign industry or similar field
- Strong understanding of sign fabrication, installation processes, and materials
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
