Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving sales growth, and overseeing the sales team's performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Manage key customer relationships and negotiate contracts
- Provide guidance on technical sales aspects to the team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in technology sales
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth
- Experience in outside sales and managing a geographically dispersed team
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex deals
