**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This role requires a detail-oriented and physically fit individual who is able to respond to emergency situations effectively. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a high level of situational awareness and will be expected to communicate effectively with other security personnel, management, and the public.
**Responsibilities:**
- Patrol the property to prevent and deter any criminal activity, including theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
- Respond to emergency situations, including alarms, fights, and medical emergencies, and provide first aid when necessary.
- Conduct surveillance of the property and monitor CCTV cameras to ensure that all areas are secure.
- Maintain the security of the property by locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring that all areas are secure.
- Conduct searches of individuals and bags to prevent unauthorized entry to the property.
- Monitor and control access to the property, including ensuring that all visitors are authorized and that all employees have proper identification.
- Provide customer service and answer questions from employees and visitors about security procedures and policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized appearance of the security office and the property.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a security officer or in a related field.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is a requirement for this position.
- Experience with surveillance systems and CCTV cameras.
- Experience with conflict management and loss prevention.
- Experience with military-style training and protocols.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
