Retail Theft Analyst II
ROLE SUMMARY
Experienced Retail Asset Protection Manager to investigate retail theft activity, record and manage theft related data and collaborate with retail customers asset protections teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Review and analyze video to identify theft behavior
- Characterize theft events and record data based on behavior traits
- Montor and report trends that are cooccurring with theft activity
- Work closely with retail client's asset protection & ORC teams to help guide countermeasures

- Retail Asset Protection and Loss Prevention experience
- Ability to spend many hours reviewing and analyzing videos
- Highly analytical with ability to make quick assessments of behavioral subtleties indicative of theft activity.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good organization skills
