As the AC -QA Startup Technician, you will ensure our product being delivered is of the highest quality. Residential AC Quality Assurance /Startup Technician is responsible for the final stage check, corrections, warranty as well as scheduled calls.

Troubleshoot single and Three-phase installations.

Check heating & cooling equipment is installed correctly (pitch on drain lines, coils etc.)

Diagnose & correct malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdowns.

Good customer service and organization skills.

All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of control and equipment sequence of operations.

Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new / replacement parts.

Ability to work on tablet, desktop, or laptop devices.

One year minimum residential field experience required.

Two years of experience in start-up, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting diverse HVAC service issues.

Experience in retrofit and new construction HVAC installations.

EP Certification: Preferred.

Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record.

Must provide own tools.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
