Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-
Establish customer relations and provide inspection, testing, and maintenance agreements to existing and new customers.

Work with other members of the Sales team to coordinate all types of sales related activities inclusive of construction, service repair or other needs the customer may have.

Keep detailed activity in CRM system.

Promptly respond to customer requests.
-
Adhere to sales plan to achieve established goals and other key performance indicators.

Prospect for new customers, perform cold calling, perform site surveys, establish networking opportunities, perform presentations.
Required Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum two years’ experience selling testing and inspections, and/or fire systems service repairs, will consider a minimum of two years’ experience Service Sales to Commercial Property Management companies (ie Security, Pest Control, HVAC Services, etc...)

Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices

Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.

Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Preferred Qualification
-
Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements Preferred

Able to recognize and familiar with various types of systems at a customer site is a plus
-
NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards a plus
Compensation $50,000 - $75,000
