Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a delivering exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will have an understanding of hospice and home health principles, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Stay up to date on hospice and home health rules and regulations
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the teams to create targeted advertising campaigns that drive sales
- Effective time management and delivering high level of productivity
- Analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts
- Create and maintain a strong community presence through the development of marketing materials and in person sales meetings
- Manage and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
Skills:
- Proven experience in advertising sales and budgeting
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the marketing trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft teams
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and customer service field
- A strong understanding of marketing principles and their application in various channels
- A passion for marketing and a desire to continuously improve marketing efforts
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve marketing goals
