Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is seeking a Production Manager for a restoration company in Dallas, Texas.
Production Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000-$85,000 (DOE)

This person will manage the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle and secure any unique materials, permits, and/or equipment required to complete the project while directly completing technician-level tasks as needed, with a See a need, fill a need leadership mentality.
Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage and build high-performing teams and assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and discharging Service Technicians
- Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department
- Develop accurate scope of work and prepare estimates utilizing industry standard programs (i.e. Xactimate, Symbility, etc.)
- Communication and management of subcontractors and temp labor for efficient job completion
- Plan, organize and manage warehouses, vehicles, inventory, crews and subcontractors
- Maintain sequence of work, documenting all activities within the project management systems
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
- Signs scopes jobs and maintaining a specified closing percentage
- Maintaining daily crew schedules and other project members and assisting in establishing schedules for increased efficiencies.
- Attend all appropriate company meetings
- Additional duties required as needed
Production Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with water mitigation and mold remediation
- Xactimate/Symbility Estimating Software experience
- IICRC, (JWR, AMRT, HST, ASD, at a minimum, Master Water Restorer is preferred)
- Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain a high-performing team
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Identifies own learning needs and seeks appropriate steps to continue continual self-development
- Clean driving record
