Termac Corporation is looking for an experienced Inventory and Office Clerk. The best person for this position has experience working with all aspects of purchase orders, from creating to completion, as well as strong office skills to be able to handle tasks like creating orders and billing. This is not a full time purchasing/inventory position, this job is both admin, specializing in inventory.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create requisitions and PO’s correctly with information provided by warehouse staff
Send PO’s to vendors
Verify pricing, and if changes pass to correct personnel.
Review receiving paperwork for accuracy and process in system, track back orders
Delivery invoice creation and assigning to drivers
Weekly service route creation and assigning to technicians
Daily check in and processing of completed work
Answering phones
Account Maintenance
Other daily tasks as assigned
This is a very hands-on position. There will be a lot of different tasks passing through the desk and the right person needs to be able to multitask efficiently and quickly. Being a team player is very important, we are all here to help each other accomplish the same goal.
