Drive Revenue: Boost our Parts and Service sales by connecting with current customers and exploring new opportunities in your territory.

Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.

Excelerator Program Champion: Recruit new participants for our Excelerator program and provide essential training on Excelerator and Service Tracker to enhance their experience.

Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with Parts and Service Department managers to align strategies and meet customer needs.

Support Excellence: Assist the Customer Experience Advocate in delivering outstanding service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

Serve as liaison between the customer and the Parts and Service Departments.

Assist / demonstrate to customers how to purchase parts by explaining the value-added features, benefits, and warranty of merchandise. Inform customers of companion part requirements, full product lines, and product offerings.

Provide training to customers for Excelerator and Service Tracker, as needed.

Coordinate with Parts & Service managers and front-line employees to provide quotes and other information to customers via email, phone and in person.

Process payments and obtain credit authorization, as necessary.

Manage and maintain customer accounts as assigned by manager.

Solicit and prospect for new customers by means such as cold calling.

Build relationships with customers in order to better meet their needs.
