Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information
- Sort and distribute mail
- Scan and attach documents
- Post client payments
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
- Data entry to accurately input information into databases or spreadsheets
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of written materials
- Familiarity with office procedures, including filing systems and phone systems
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn new software programs or tools as needed
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
