Senior Enterprise Information Security Analyst – Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Under minimal direction the Enterprise Information Security Professional – Identity and Access Management will help to ensure cybersecurity risks and threats are proactively identified and addressed to maintain the protection of information systems, critical assets, and infrastructure.
Someone who is extremely proficient with the tools: Privileged Access Manager, MS Defender for Identity, Password Manager – Self Service Tool, One Identity Access Manager
Experience:
- Experience in design, implementation and operational support of Identity and Access Management solutions, tools, technologies and processes
- Experience with Quest / One Identity tools (SafeGuard, Password Manager, Access Manager)
- Experience consulting with business and technology partners on general security requirements and best practices
- Experience with MS Office 365, SharePoint and PowerBI reporting
- The main focus is someone who can setup and help deploy their IAM tools especially SafeGuard and Password Manager.
- Someone who is extremely proficient with the tools: Privileged Access Manager, MS Defender for Identity, Password Manager – Self Service Tool, One Identity Access Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- A broad understanding of cybersecurity concepts across multiple domains, applicable security models (e.g., NIST and CIS Critical Security Controls) and regulations (e.g. CJIS, PCI, HIPAA, and Privacy Act).
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to drive adherence to cybersecurity processes and tools and to keep focus on multiple tracks of work and open issues in parallel.
- Exceptional leadership, verbal and written communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to confront challenges in a constructive fashion and influence others through consensus building techniques.

Job Duties:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Microsoft Cloud Security, MFA technologies and services.
- Drives the daily administration and support of IAM, PAM, Microsoft Cloud Security, MFA technologies and services.
- Troubleshoots and resolves IAM issues, creates and maintains documentation, and provides training to users.
- Manages user accounts, user groups and permissions in the Identity and Access management system.
- Monitors user activity, reviews access control reports, and reports on IAM system activity.
- Ensures access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege.
- Projects may include Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Cloud Security, Azure ATP/AIP/MDI reporting, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Data Encryption/Protection, cloud storage, and collaboration platforms.
- Works on projects or issues of high complexity as a subject matter expert that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
- Works with threat management, governance, and Infrastructure teams to review and communicate project security
- vulnerabilities and risks to stakeholders, and consults on remediation efforts.
- Leads in the implementation of an enterprise Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) solution.
- Researches, designs, and implements solutions to address user access control needs, risk levels and vulnerabilities.
- Conducts independent research, analysis and stakeholder interviews to gather and document each project's scope,
- requirements, and dependencies.
- Independently review the threat landscape of Microsoft cloud applications and identify, assess and recommend and sometimes implements best practice security strategies to mitigate threats.
- Participates on Cybersecurity incident response team (CIRT) investigation and response activities as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma, or G.E.D. equivalency from an accredited educational institution.
Experience:
- Four (8) years of work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security is required.
Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) or
- CompTIA Security+ Certification or other relevant industry certifications is preferred.
