The Bakery Manager is responsible for helping oversee the entire operation of our Bakery department in providing great customer service, driving sales techniques, and holding processes and teammates accountable within the Bakery department. The Bakery Manager is responsible for performing all the duties and job functions of an experienced Bakery Clerk. Bakery clerks prepare, bake, package, price, and merchandise our freshly baked goods. They ensure the quality, correct pricing and display of our products and provide excellent customer service. Bakery Clerks take special orders and questions from customers in person or over the phone, so accuracy and strong communication is a must. They inform customers about our bakery products and services, such as decorated cakes or catering, to increase sales. This position may also include training with and assisting the Lead Cake Decorator in preparing and decorating cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will be accurate, efficient, and follow all Company policies and procedures, including those regarding Food Safety. Bakery Clerks operate equipment like mixers, ovens, proofers, fryers, slicers and scales safely and efficiently. There is occasional exposure to both high temperatures from the ovens and low temperatures from the coolers and freezers. Bakery clerks must be flexible and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
The Bakery Manager is responsible for supervising the Bakery Assistant Manager along with the Bakery clerks, complete ordering and inventory, scheduling of employees, and creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs.
· Must have at least 1 year experience in bakery or retail operations.

Pay: $17 - $19
$3,000 Stay Bonus provided to the Manager hired. Partially paid out at 3 months of employment and remaining after 12 months of employment secured.
