The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and proven customer relationship skills, will have a proven and verifiable track record successfully managing a large housekeeping or janitorial staff and has the ability to represent our firm in a highly professional manner. The candidate must have 5+ years experience in the industry, or a related industry, and have the motivation to succeed in a challenging work environment. This position will supervise employees at multiple locations as well as do janitorial work as necessary. This position is subject to a background check for employment purposes, plus an additional federal background check to obtain federal security clearance.
Job Description:
- Directly Supervise 20+ employees whom primarily work Monday - Friday evening shifts.
- Adhere to strict client guidelines regarding performance of housekeeping staff and scope or work
- Administer Monthly Safety Training Program
- Establish and maintain excellent communication with management office.
- Perform site inspections to ensure contract scope of work is being met and fulfilled.
- Immediately address client complaints and work towards resolution.
- Work closely senior executives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
