Today, we serve over 1,200 individuals annually through life-critical programs including foster care, adoption support, special education, autism programs, early childhood initiatives, crisis intervention, and more.
What You’ll Do:
As The Baby Fold’s Corporate and Foundation Engagement Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading corporate and foundation fundraising strategies that align with our mission and values. You'll drive corporate giving initiatives, grant management, and foster relationships with corporate and foundation donors. This position is full-time, salary/exempt, and on-site in Normal, IL.
Corporate and Foundation Engagement Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage, grow, and expand The Baby Fold's corporate and foundation giving strategy.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate and foundation donors; re-engage lapsed donors.
- Manage and coordinate grant applications by identifying new funding sources, writing and submitting grants and grant reports, and maintaining grant schedules.
- Develop and implement effective moves management strategies for current and prospective donors.

Requirements of the Corporate and Foundation Engagement Officer:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, coupled with a strong understanding of fundraising principles and grant management.
- A fundraising certification is preferred, to demonstrate your commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Minimum of three years' track record of success in fundraising or grant writing roles.
- Must have valid driver's license, adequate auto insurance, and be age 21 or older.
