We seek a motivated and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team at our outpatient mental health clinic in Scottsdale and Tempe Arizona, which offers face-to-face and virtual services. The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare
Requirements:
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.

Prescribe and manage medications, including monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Offer patient education and counseling to promote mental health and wellness.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Utilize electronic health records (EHR) effectively for patient management.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.

Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

Provide virtual telehealth services as needed, ensuring high-quality care and confidentiality.

Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Current and valid PMHNP license in the state.

Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health.

Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR Valant) systems.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
