Job Responsibilities:
- Take a high volume of calls from customers requesting trash collections
- Retrieve all necessary information needed to dispatch jobs
- Enter data into various software systems
- Manage relationships with waste haulers
- Coordinate jobs with third-party vendors
- Take customer service calls as needed
- Schedule jobs and reroute drivers
- Assist with quotes and billing
Qualifications:
- Experience taking a high volume of calls
- Outstanding active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Bonus if fluent in Spanish
- Sound judgment and critical thinking
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer literacy; ability to use various software systems at once
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma
