We are growing fast, and we need a Legal Support Managerwho can hit the ground running.
As a Legal Support Manager, your primary goal is to support the paralegals and legal assistants and oversee the case management processes at our Firm. This is done by identifying critical tasks and procedures of the firm and creating clear, repeatable processes for the team to follow. You will work with the Case Management Team in building systems within the law firm that consistently deliver quality services, while identifying the optimal person on the legal team to perform each task. You will manage caseload requirements, optimize SKUs, manage stop work orders, build workflows, train teammates and implement legal team process changes.
The cases you will work with will be a mix of amicable and collaborative matters, as well as standard contested casework. Although this is a remote position allowing you to work from your preferred location, we are looking for someone who has experience in Washington State family law, specifically in King, Thurston, Snohomish and Pierce counties. This is a full-time position where you absolutely must be able to work successfully and efficiently in a remote environment for 40 hours per week.
Our Ideal Candidate Will have:
- 10+ years of family law experience as a paralegal or attorney
- Strong digital skills including knowledge of Clio Manage, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat and Google platforms
- Ability to organize and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience of managing a team of 7+

- Ability to direct others to accomplish tasks with firm kindness.
- Deep understanding of roles within a legal team; paralegal, attorney, legal assistant
- Knowledge of workflow of family law
- Ability to direct a team to effectively manage a case from start to completion.
If these statements are aligned with your capacities, then you may be our Superstar:
- You think in terms of outlines, chronologies, and indexes
- You see an opportunity for structure where other people see a mess
- You understand that sometimes it’s OK to send an email, but you also know when you got to keep trying until you speak to a person and make something happen
- You are an amazing manager of organization with a sickening degree of attention to detail
- You are very good with digital platforms, calendars, spreadsheets, CRM’s, and all things internet
- Your middle name is “No Drama”
- You are an awesome juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly
