```Duties:```
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food and cleaning of utensils.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menu items.
