About the Role: We are on the hunt for a visionary Business Partner/CEO to spearhead the establishment of a new company that will revolutionize local information platforms across the United States. This new venture, leveraging over $6 million of developed technology and assets from Guinness Telli*Phone, aims to create localized digital platforms connecting communities with local products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the new company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Capital Raising: Lead efforts to secure a minimum of $3 million in funding to drive the company's growth and expansion.
- Team Building: Assemble and manage a high-performing executive team to execute the company's strategic plans.
- Platform Development: Oversee the continued development and optimization of the local information platform, ensuring it meets market needs.
- Franchise Network Management: Establish and manage a nationwide franchise network of local managers, providing them with the tools and support to operate their own mini search sites.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with investors, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to foster growth and collaboration.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract businesses to subscribe to the platforms and advertise their products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years in senior executive roles such as CEO, COO, or Business Development.
- Proven track record in raising capital, including venture capital and private equity.
- Extensive experience in managing startups or early-stage companies.
- Strong background in digital platforms, SaaS (Software as a Service), and technology-driven businesses.
- Experience in franchising and managing franchise networks is highly desirable.

Pay: $115,564.00 - $136,525.00 per year
