ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer service and operations to cultivate strong customer relationships. This involves tasks such as item development/creation, pricing maintenance, creating customer estimates, daily correspondence, and more.
- Work closely with the sales and development teams of customers to understand customers’ requirements for fabric, testing, and color management.
- Manage the submission and tracking of development and pre-production testing.
- Maintain relationships with all licensors to retain current business and build new business.
- Communicate to customers and or sales team production timelines for sample yardage.
- Travel when necessary to execute job initiatives.
- Obtain and maintain in-depth market knowledge of substrates used in our industry.
- Possess knowledge of current production schedule to meet customer needs.
- Daily email and verbal correspondence with our China office.
- Cross train in other areas to understand other team members’ responsibilities to be able to cover in the absence of team member.
- Prepare weekly sales reports.
- Aid in the preparation of budget lines affected by external customer development and sales.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
