DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our high school teaching team for the academic year 2024-2025.Primary Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students from Grades 9 to 12.Develop and implement inspiring lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program and show written evidence of preparation as required.Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles.Present subject matter according to guidelines established by the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, with adherence to curriculum and standards.Assess and analyze student progress and modify instructional activities as required.Participate in department, school, and parent meetings.Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs.Other Responsibilities: Additional responsibilities identified as needed and/or assigned and approved by the Mathematics Department Chairperson and the Vice Principal for AcademicsQualifications: Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related field.Valid teaching certification for High School Mathematics.
