Job Description and Responsibilities:
- A field technician with excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills and who has experience providing support to small/medium businesses.
- Applicants need to have their own transportation as the primary area of coverage includes New Haven and Fairfield counties.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to write detailed and accurate notes.
- Desire to continue learning in order to stay up to date with new technology and IT issues.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Detail-oriented.
- Must be willing to have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our customers.
Working Knowledge and Experience With:
- Desktop support
- Field service
- Network setup and support
- Network device support
- Printers and scanners, installation and setup
- Network attached storage (NAS)
- Experience with low-voltage cabling and termination
- Repairing and reimaging machines infected with spyware/viruses
- Experience with Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
- Experience building computers and supporting hardware issues
- Experience with IP phones
- Server experience: Windows '12, '16, '19, '22
- Server migration, server environments
- Exchange server experience: '13, '16, '19
- Microsoft technology experience: Active Directory, Group Policy

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
