We have an immediate opening for a kitchen manager to perform the following duties:
- Schedule, oversee, direct and train kitchen staff.
- Prepare daily and weekly food specials.
- Order food and kitchen supplies and ensure sufficient quantities of all items are maintained.
- Maintain a clean and operational kitchen.
- Ensure consistent preparation of all food.
Candidates must:
- Have knowledge of applicable laws relevant to the food industry.
- Be able to work well with others in a fast paced .
- Create and maintain a cohesive work team.
